Our purpose is to be a dining destination that celebrates American whiskey from all around the country but in particular Kentucky bourbon. Our goal is to contribute to the bourbon community built around our love of our state of Kentucky and the bourbon we make. We hope to be a place where all people can learn about the rich history of Kentucky and the role bourbon has played in our country.
